Led and mentored a team of 6 engineers within the Patient Growth pod, driving the architecture and execution of scalable patient acquisition systems across both paid and organic channels.
Built a provider-level Google Ads platform from the ground up — campaign and ad group generation, keyword strategy, budget allocation, and performance tracking.

Built a system letting candidates apply to externally hosted jobs directly on the platform. Powered 2M+ job applications at a 99% SLA.
Led the replacement of the platform's internal search infrastructure, migrating Solr to Elasticsearch with zero downtime.
Architected a complete revamp of the internal Salesforce integration, measurably increasing stability for internal stakeholders.
Trust and Safety lead — owned and implemented the entire product roadmap over 18 months, including a rebuild of internal moderation tooling and the introduction of candidate verification.
